The problem
Measurements, instructions, deposits and pickup dates end up in different places: the ticket, a notebook, the customer's memory. Sooner or later a garment gets lost or a balance is forgotten.
What I built
- Quick counter intake by name or paper ticket number, with the garments and a pickup date
- One list for overdue work, jobs due today and garments ready for pickup
- Per-garment instructions, status and measurements that keep earlier values
- Balances, deposits and a ready-to-send pickup message
Decisions
No account and no sign-up. Everything is stored on the device, so it works the moment the shop installs it and keeps working without signal.
The paper ticket number stays the reference. The app fits the counter instead of asking the shop to change how it works.
